01Flakes

PET flakes are small pieces of PET bottle that are produced by crushing and washing post consumer PET bottles, and then processing them into clean small pieces. The completed PET flakes can be processed pellets, sheets, and thermoforms. We adopt the HOT alkali washing to provide high-quality flakes.

02Pellets

The PET pellet comprises a granular material, i.e., PET flakes that are processed into small granules once they have been melted. By removing foreign substances to improve the quality of the material, and by making the shape uniform during the manufacturing process, a stable quality product can be ensured when the pellet is used as a raw material.

  1. Food grade PCR sheet(FDA,EFSA approved)
  2. A/B/A three layer sheet , we can put additives into A layer upon client requirement.
  3. high impact PCR sheet
  4. Pigmented sheet

04Thermoforms

This is the product that is produced when the sheet is processed in a mold. Familiar examples include the trays for eggs and fruit, and mushrooms.

The main characteristics of a PET tray

PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is highly transparent and has good gas-barrier properties. It is already used as a raw material in a broad range of products, e.g., PET bottles and polyester fiber. It is an ecologically friendly plastic material because it does not generate toxic gases when incinerated; additionally, it generates low combustion heat.
